AND IT'S STILL GOING ON ..
holidays i mean.
well, most people are now either back to school if not work.
i'm still enjoying myself to the fullest,
trying really hard not to let anything affect the mood it gives.
now, today's the release of O levels result.
well, heard about the results and saw some.
i thought it wouldn't affect me that much,
since i had already went through this process before two years ago,
but no.
just a few minutes ago , it struck me that i'm also one of those people trying to deny that i'm not afraid of the A levels result and it sets me worrying.
but like most people say, no use worrying.
and there i go, trying to heed people's advice by deviating my attention from As,
not that successful.
it's gonna come soon.
i'm trying to be very optimistic, but you know, it's pretty unpredictable when it comes to national exams.
okay.
and then, i'm really excited and can't wait for the 16th to come :D
hohoho.
this week is filled with important events .
and one of my greatest buddy's big day is coming .
like okay, it's already his day.
haha, happy birthday idiot ong :D
hmm,
anyway , was trying to look for forum and i happened to come across website.
OMG, *roll eyes at the maximum speed*
while citizen journalism may serve a great purpose to the society by posting instant updates to the nationwide, but sometimes if you carefully look at the things they posted, it's superfluous and trivial .
and you wonder how much help does it bring to the society.
it has become a medium for people to complain, unnecessarily.
seriously, people complaint about why in the series of macdonald toys, why is the 'pig' being replaced by the 'cupid' when it's supposed to follow the chinese zodiac ?!
and to my surprise, they brought in isolation in their "debate" and wanted an explanation from macdonalds ?!
haha. sorry , i just find it amusing.
hmm,
perhaps when people realised that they have much more important issues to discuss,
then citizen journalism would serve a better purpose to the society.
